Claim your free NEW TO JOURNEY class pass online, pick any class on the schedule within the week, and come meet us. Someone will greet you at the door, show you around, and get you settled: no card, no commitment, no pressure.

Wear form-fitting leggings (black preferred), a supportive sports bra, and tall socks. Bring a water bottle and avoid heavy meals for at least 2 hours before class. If it’s your first bounce, arrive 15–20 minutes early so we can size your rebound boots and get you comfortable.

A little note about bladder support: if you’re someone who experiences bladder leaking with jumping or high-impact movement, we recommend wearing a pad, panty liner, or bladder-support underwear for extra peace of mind. And please know, there is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about! Bladder leakage is incredibly common, and trust us, we’ve all peed a little! 😂💗 You’re not alone, and we want you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident while you move.

Worried about leaking during a Rebound class? You’re not alone: it happens, and no one cares. Instructors offer low-impact modifications, and the atmosphere is relaxed and supportive. Come laugh with us and move at your comfort level.

Rebound boots are designed to absorb impact. That’s why the workout is so joint-friendly. Instructors cover safe basics before you bounce, start beginners slowly, and stay close until you’re confident. Go at your own pace, always.

Comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor sneakers, and water. Everything else (weights, mats, steps, gloves) is at the studio.

Yes, truly. Every class is built for all levels, instructors demo modifications for every move, and half the room started exactly where you are. Coordination is optional; showing up is the whole assignment.

Almost everyone walks in alone the first time, and nobody stays a stranger past the warm-up. This community adopts first-timers on sight. Come once; you’ll see.
